Keep track of glasses of water and number of hours of sleep with this Hipster PDA template.

Usage advice:
Use this template to keep track of your water intake and sleep! Each card conveniently holds a week of data. Mark glasses of water as you drink them, and hours slept when you wake up. Connect daily columns with lines in order to see trends over a week, and lay several cards side-by-side to see trends over longer periods of time.
(As you can see, I've not been getting enough sleep or water lately... Meep!)

8 or more hours of sleep?
What about people who regularly sleep 8 or more hours?
Another suggestion: glasses
Another suggestion: glasses might be large or small, so either a metric and or imperial index would be nice. I usually drink more than 3 bottles of mineral water a day - each bottle containing 0.75 litres - so I'd opt for a bottle symbol (which can conveniently used for beer as well... ;) )
And: I usually sleep between 4.5 and 9 hours a day... so that wouldn't fit either...
BUT: Still a nice template for a tracker!

Seriously though? I don't know. I guess you could use OpenOffice Draw to edit the PDF file? Or if you really do get 8 hrs. of sleep every night, it might not be worth recording. Or you could write at the top or something "9 hrs." and pray you'll remember later that it referred to sleep.
