I am tall, middle-aged, with a keg instead of a six-pack. I teach university students, I train police officers and correctional officers in communicating face to face with the public, prisoners, etc. I have been a cop for 28 years. I am a Luddite with respect to technology: writing is better than word processing, talking is better than texting, and just because something can be done with digital technology doesn't mean it should be.
