WW Points Log Version 2

This is more an update to the already great points log that's here. I've just changed the format so it's more like the points trackers that they give out at the meetings/weigh-ins. There is now a "Deposit" column for earned activity points and the weekly points allowance section is now numbered. I also really wanted to do a page 2 for the log as well as a 2-up version for easy printing.

This is a "from scratch" version of the log using the D*I*Y Planner Widget Kit and it couldn't have been easier. Thanks Doug, et. al. for a great system and a great site. I just went back to paper from a PalmOS device that I used for six frustrating years in various models - and I was a PalmOS application developer!

Usage advice:

Print both sides and cut into quarter sheets. Stack them on top of each other and staple in the middle to make a booklet. I used the DIY Planner Widget kit to create this in OpenOffice.

WW Momentum diet log

My mother has been doing weight watchers....and is now literally half the person she use to be! A few months ago I introduced her to circa, and she loves it. She uses compact size and it is perfect for her every day needs to keep important info, weight watchers logs, and other essentials. What made it perfect for her was the ability to rearrange the pages, and start over if she made a mistake...just pull the page out. So She was using the full page ruled sheets to keep track of her diet, until they came out with this new Momentum program. So I did some research and came up with my version of this. With a little DIY tweaking and motivational bits here and there this is what I came up with. She loves it and I have printed out double sided pages on compact size paper I cut myself and punch to fit the circa notebook.

Paper size:
Multiple Sizes
Usage advice:

The weekly page goes first, on the back of that a daily page, after that print out 3 pages of daily double sided and you have a whole week on 4 sheets.

WW Flex Point Tracker - Seven Days Across Two Facing Pages (Classic)

This template allows the user to track their daily points as well as daily water, oil, milk and fruit and vegetable intake. There is also a place for tracking weekly flex points and activity points.

The thing I like about this layout is that all seven days of the week are in view at one time with Days 1 through 4 on the left page and Days 5 through 7 on the right.

The downside is that the available space for notations is small as compared with WW's own tracker. The upside is that it fits right in my planner.

Enjoy!

Workout Log PDF.jpg
Usage advice:

This is rather generic log that can be used to track your daily workout routine. I wanted something simple that would be easy to carry and easy to write on. It is formated in classic size and prints out two per standard sheet. This is not meant for duplex printing (because I am right handed and have a hard time writing on the left side of a binder).

Word Planner thru 12/31/09 6 Months/page

Six-month per page planning calendar, through 12/31/09.

Paper size:
Classic (5.5 x 8.5)
Usage advice:

Print out onto a letter-size page, landscape orientation. Punch holes along the left (8.5 in) margin. Fold the page towards the rings or spiral binding, then when you need to check the calendar, fold it out--it will extend out past the pages of your planner for reference.

I'm making notes of future appointments and goals on the pages or just using it to look up dates.

Hope this is helpful to someone.

Usage advice:

I promise, this is the last Valentine's related Tuesday post for this month. ;)

If you feel too shy to ask someone to be your valentine or that someone has been teasing you about your D*I*Y Planner obsession, print out this card (scale it down to Hipster size or use it as a Classic one), put it in your planner, and give it to that person next time you see him or her. =)

- Fill in the appropriate month in the "month" section
- Fill in the day of the month next to the appropriate day of the week
- Fill in your objective at the top of the column (such as "work out", "clean house", or "work on blog").
- Use the "What's important" section to brainstorm which 5 objectives you choose to pursue.

Usage:
- If you worked hard on an objective, fill in the appropriate bubble completely

Weightlifting Workout Log

Record your workouts to see your progress. Plan your limited time in the gym so you're putting it to the best use.

Paper size:
Classic (5.5 x 8.5)
Thumbnail:
Usage advice:

Plan your workouts ahead of time, know what you're going to do, get to the gym and get out as quickly as possible. Write the exercise and estimated weights in the exercise column based on your last workout. Gauage how hard it was to decide whether you need to step it up for the next time in the gym.

For more details see my blog post on the topic. If there's intrest, I'll post the OOo Draw file so anyone can make "hard-coded" version of their workout for themselves.

Weight Watchers Points Plus 2012 Daily Tracker

I just joined Weight Watchers Online. I don't have a smart phone so I need a tracker when I'm away from home so that I can enter the info when I get back to a computer. Their daily tracker 3 month notebook is too small for my clumsy fingers, bad eyesight, and large writing, so here is my first attempt at making my own. This is the first of what I hope will eventually be the 4 basic pages of the tracker notebook: the daily tracker, daily tracker pg 2 with water, fruit, etc checkoffs, and the 2 page weekly tracker (which might actually fit on one page). I'll edit those in to this post later, and I might edit this document a little bit too as I use it and discover its faults.

Paper size:
Classic (5.5 x 8.5)
Usage advice:

This is a Microsoft Word document, hopefully readable in the 97 - 03 versions. I never really got the hang of Open Office, so I just stick with what I know. Please give me feedback or suggest changes if you have any. Thanks.

Just use it however works best for you to track your points. You can even write in the nutrition info and calculate the points later.

Weight Watchers Flex Plan QuikTrak Express Points Tracker

This is a simple, printable version of the Weight Watchers Flex Plan QuikTrak Express Points Tracker that I made. Instead of Activity Points, it has a space for tracking water intake, which I find is more useful.

Paper size:
Letter
Thumbnail:

Usage advice:

I print this file on both sides of a sheet of paper, cut it horizontally, fold both halves vertically, stack the pages, and staple in the center to make a booklet. This isn't necessary, though. You can just print the page and have 4 weeks of Points tracking on a single letter-size page.

Weekly Undated Calendar in Word with Checklist

This is in Monday - Sunday format. It's very striped-down & customizable and the spacing is small. I just added my own personalized checklist to the right side of each day. There's a blank box after Sunday with lines for notes.

Paper size:
Classic (5.5 x 8.5)
Usage advice:

I created this in Word after admiring a Lefty template by Alison Kleinschmidt. It's not as pretty as hers, but I wanted a personalized checklist on the right side of each day so I could track sleep, meds, lunch, working out, and connecting & preparing. I just found out that I'm bipolar, so I'm hoping this will help me track a few daily tasks & keep me focused.

After becoming frustrated with trying to learn a new program just to make a template, I decided to go with what I know. Word. I hope you enjoy it!

Weekly Time Map for Routines

This is a simple spreadsheet to track routines. The template is for 6am-11pm for 7 day weeks starting Monday.

Paper size:
Classic (5.5 x 8.5)
Thumbnail:
Usage advice:

Use this is track routines such as Communtes or Work Schedules and broad catigories of tasks such as "Errands or Household".

A sample is included with the Open Office version. Downloading the spreadsheet is stongly reccomened since the cells are too small to write in easily. The spreadsheet uses the BlueHighway fonts that are use in the Widget Kits.

Color coding of types of tasks is a good idea. To color code select the cell or cells, right click, select "format cells", choose the background tab, select your fill color.

*The only restictions on the use of this template are any that might be attached to the font.

Weekly threat board

It may sound a little gung ho but some people are motivated by the idea of a 'threat board.' I'm sure I've read about something similar before called war boarding or suchlike. Its a simple matrix for post it projects and NAs/closed lists for those folks who like to keep a weather eye on the week ahead. Have fun with it!

Paper size:

Usage advice:

Post it notes or similar to be stuck on in project form (one project per post it note). Its just a simple view of the week ahead...could be held by a document holder or suchlike.

Weekly sign-up, one year on a sheet

A year-long calendar on two pages with one blank line per week. The Thursdays calendar highlights that particular day of the week while the 2011 weekly sign-up is generic. You could simply print it and use a marker to highlight the appropriate day of the week.

Paper size:
Letter

Usage advice:

I'm using it as a sign-up sheet for a weekly co-op. But it could be used to keep track of anything that happens once a week. The link below takes you to a page where you can generate this kind of calendar for any dates you choose.
