Submitted by davidr521 on Wed, 2012-03-28 18:03.This has sections for the project overview, goals, etc.
The Steps/Action Items section has What, Who and When. There are notes on the back page, with a follow-up section which also includes What, Who When.

I cobbled this together from other ideas I've seen out there.

To make a "multi-page" project:
1. Print a double-sided Project Planning page.
2. Print as many double-sided Project Planning Notes Pages as necessary.
There! You're done!

Dallas - 2012 Planner Templates - Full Package
Submitted by DreamCatcher on Thu, 2012-01-05 16:44.This design is named for my brother, whom I created it for when he started college. It has bold black and white features along with inspirational quotes on most pages. This is an ideal package for anyone getting started in the analog planner game, as well as seasoned planners!
All of my templates are formatted as one page per day and include monthly calendars, budget worksheets, bank registers, to-do lists, page finder (with weekly to-do list) and daily pages. The daily pages include a schedule, to-do list, items due and notes section. A fully customizable Word document is also available for each section so that you may edit it to better fit your own needs.
Print, punch & plan! Nothing complicated.
Here's how I set it up:
- Print Budget Worksheets on the back of Monthly Calendars.
- Print double sided copies of both the Bank Registers and Monthly To-Do Lists.
- Print Daily Pages duplex. If you do not have this option for your printer, you can always use the even/odd page printing option, then flip the paper to print the other pages.
For the Weekly To-Do List / Page Finder:
- Print double sided on colored card stock.
- Cut into equal sections.
- Punch so that the top of each sheet will stick just above the rest of your planner pages.

Black Magic - 2012 Planner Templates - Full Package
Submitted by DreamCatcher on Thu, 2012-01-05 16:42.I had a friend tell me that he was convinced that the only way I could manage my busy schedule was through black magic. Considering that the truth is I have an awesome daily planner, I was inspired to create a design so that others can use “black magic” to manage their own busy days. This design features bold outlines and creative fonts to help inspire the user. Perfect for busy students!

Classic Weekly Calendar
Submitted by liz_n_cats on Wed, 2011-06-22 15:29.This spreadsheet contains several tabs, the important one being the weekly calendar. It is a two page per week calendar, with room for appointments, daily and weekly tasks, and a small space for notes. I left my tasks in to give an idea of usage.
There is a box on the spreadsheet for the user to type in the date of the first Monday they want a calendar for. The spreadsheet will automatically generate the last half of the previous week as well as several future weeks. After that, it's just a matter of cutting the pages and punching them. It's pretty straight-forward, I've been using it for several months now and have only punched the wrong side of the pages once ;-) Let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy.

Basic Book Review Schedule
Submitted by seaclaid on Sat, 2011-05-21 22:06.This is a basic book review template, that I created, to keep track of books that are being reviewed, for whom they are being reviewed for, and when they are due, to help keep track of what is needed for each month.
Right now this is a very basic, to the point. It's 8.5 x 5.5 and meant to be something small and easy to use. It can be printed out for all the months, or enough to bind together to have a running record of books reviewed/when.

This can be printed double-sided to save paper, or printed individually to place in its respective month for a quick overview of that month.
This is to help keep track of books that are being reviewed and if, one finds that they have a lot of books to review for the same month, I would recommend, just simply print both sides. It's meant to just be enough of a quick glance over.

Simply Silver - Full Package of Templates (2011)
Submitted by DreamCatcher on Thu, 2011-05-05 21:35.Set includes Monthly Calendars, Budget Templates, Bank Registers, Master To-Do Lists, and Daily Pages for May through December 2011. Also included is the Weekly To-Do List template, used for a page finder (3 per page, can be printed duplex).
The daily pages are in a one day per page format with areas for notes, to-do list, assignments due, assignments received, and a daily schedule section in 30 minute increments from 7 AM until 10 PM.
I use this as a system to balance my life as a full-time student and full-time employee, but it can be used for either situation very easily.
These templates can be used in any order. I suggest printing everything duplex to reduce weight. In my system, I include the Budget on the back of the Calendar and make sure to print a duplex of both the Bank Register and Master To-Do List.
The Weekly To-Do Page Finder is set up to be printed duplex and cut into three equal pieces.
I will also upload this package in pieces with the a source file to edit to your needs.
