Levenger Circa/Rollabind via Paypal

Is there any site to buy a Levenger Circa Hole Punch with paypal instead of credit cards? Otherwise will the Rollabind punch work with Levenger supplies (aka the levenger circa starter kit)?

I just bought one of those visa gift cards for just over the amount I needed. I would order a Levenger over a rollabind. Especially since the new one at Levenger has slightly bigger holes. You could send a money order. ???
