compact size ruled paper

hi, i'm new to this forum and i was wondering if anyone can help me.
i have a franklin compact planner. i need regular ruled filler for it. (the franklin site is useless) i was wondering if this forum could point me in the right direction to get some paper for this planner - or how to make it if there is a template somewhere. the size is 4.25x6.75 (108X171). the rule is 1/4".

The Dynamic Templates application ?
It will do lined paper in any size you want.
