Disc binding in Australia

Disc bound display books are available in Australia. They're from Marbig and are called "Kwik Zip". They appear to be an ATOMA clone
Marbig only have the plastic sleeve books, and no paper notebooks. (They don't sell any 'smurfed' paper at all). But, the display books would be a good option for anyone who wants rings and covers without importing them.

I have only ever seen the
I have only ever seen the one size and colour disk in the Marbig and that is (I would guesstimate) a 3/4 inch in yellow green with black covers only.
I have seen a notebook with ring binding in both A4 and A5 under a different branding but that seems to be going the way of the dinosaurs in that the only stock I have seen in recent times is A4 refills and then not a lot.
I have never seen a punch or reference to a punch in Oz.

The only reason I found these was a co-worker buying one this week. It was definitely the marbig item I linked to and had black covers and black discs. The disc binding didn't impress me - I prefer the pull-apart comb binding for display books.
I agree that we'll be unlikely to see the punches in Australia. I suspect that the disc binding is a bit too gimicky here for lots of sales - unless it takes off in the scrapbooking world and the craft shops pick them up as expensive imports.
