I tried to post this request earlier, but was notified that my post was identified as spam! :( So, I try again...

I am looking for a classic size, one weekend per page layout. Ideally it would have:
a space (even just a blank space) at the top left for the date;
the word "Friday" and about three lines below that for writing (no appointment times);
the word "Saturday" and about seven or eight lines for writing below that (no appointment times);
the word "Sunday" and about seven or eight lines for writing below that (no appointment times);
the word "Monday" and about three lines for writing below that (no appointment times).

I want small amounts of space for Friday and Monday simply so I can indicate travel, if necessary, and activities just in case it's a holiday weekend with either Friday or Monday off from work. But I wouldn't need two columns, just one.

I tried making this myself but failed miserably at something that seems like it should be easier.
