Thank you and Exacompta Space 24 review

Thank you for the free shipping lead. I may just use it to buy a new Exacompta Space 24 (weekly) refill. I received the Exacompta last year to try out and review. I think this has turned into one of my favorite calendars ever; the main competitor is the first DayTimer I ever had 20 years ago. I like weekly calendars; I don't have enough appointments to merit daily pages but monthly are too small. The Exacompta Space 24 has enough space for each day to record my 6-10 daily meetings/appointments/etc. while still leaving a rather large space for note taking. I use the "notes" section for making to-do lists throughout the week.

I keep all my notes from meetings/research/etc. in a Moleskine where I also paste a small printed Outlook calendar to jog my memory about scheduling (a la juggling frogs which you link to elsewhere on this site). There isn't enough room in the Exacompta note space to take lots of notes, but it is a good size for my to-do list so I don't even try to take notes there.

My favorite features about the Exacompta Space 24:
- just enough room in the daily entries for my scheduling needs
- the paper quality: it is smooth and is a pleasure to write on, even more so than the Moleskine
- the perforated tear off corners on each page so you flip immediately to the current week: I like this so much that I have googled many times for a punch to make these same perforations to use in other notebooks (including my Moleskine) to no avail (and yes, I've read the discussions here about using a sewing machine and other hacks but they just aren't as nice as a premade punch would be)
- monthly calendar pages in the back that are big enough to keep shorthand notes of important things coming up
- the cover that holds the refill (mine is vinyl) also functions as a front and back pocket/paper catchall

What I would change:
- the day ends at 9:00. I often have things until 11:00 and it would be good to have that extra couple of lines. This is not critical, just occasionally annoying.
- add perforated corners to the monthly pages to flip immediately to the current month. I use a plastic 3M repositionable tab to mark the current month's page as a work around.
- add January of the following year in the monthly pages. Yes, I would have to transfer items to a new calendar when I got the next year's refill but I have a lot of appointments for January that I started making back in November and they are all just written on the "travel expense record" page (that I've never used) following the monthly calendar pages. This is a critical change I would like to see made but can deal with it by printing off a January calendar page from Outlook and sticking it in the back cover.

So, now I have to decide whether or not to go use that free shipping link. I haven't been able to successfully navigate the dynamic templates and will need to make up my mind soon as the month is ticking away.
