Generally the best way is to produce a multiple page PDF file, which should be easy if you use OOo and the Widget Kit (pay attention to the odd and even margins, though). Simply do a PDF export, and you'll be all set. If you'd like to share the OOo source for it too, zip up both the files into an archive and upload it to the templates directory. You'll have to join first, but once you log in, you'll see a "create content" with a template option therein. Further details can be found in the submission and guidelines section of Documents.
