WhiteHatBlackBox Goal Refocus
A visually easy way to monitor your progress towards objectives over a month.

This form is designed to help you keep track of your progress in up to 5 objectives per month.
Initial setup:
- Fill in the appropriate month in the "month" section
- Fill in the day of the month next to the appropriate day of the week
- Fill in your objective at the top of the column (such as "work out", "clean house", or "work on blog").
- Use the "What's important" section to brainstorm which 5 objectives you choose to pursue.
Usage:
- If you worked hard on an objective, fill in the appropriate bubble completely
- If you made some progress, fill it in half way
- If you made no progress at all, leave it blank.
- After a few days, you can just visually scan the form to gain some perspective on your progress. No calculations needed.
