pentel P205 how to refill lead

does anyone have the instructions on how to refill the lead on a Pentel P205 mechanical pencil? I feel like an idiot not being able to do it. HELP!

Take off the silver cap,

Take off the silver cap, pull out the eraser by gripping with your fingernails as close to the bottom of the eraser as possible.

I love these pencils, I've been using them for 20 years.
