Yup. Miquelrius, ADOC, Rhodia, etc.
I just received two Rhodia Webnotebooks and a bottle of J. Herbin ink from them. The Webnotebooks were on sale, not the ink. :-)
The ADOC notebooks use the ring binding system by Atoma, I believe.
