blank 2 page diy calendar from the calendar pack

Is it possible to get blank 2 page calendar like in the calendar pack except have Monday be the first day of the week? I love it and I am using it now, but would like to have Monday first. I have tried and cannot use the dynamic template. Sorry, I am just too ignorant. Thanks.
