Custom print size for HP 2110 psc?

Hello,
Has anyone been successful in creating a custom print size (in my case, Levenger Classic) for an hp 2110 psc printer? The printer handbook says it can be done but I have been unable to figure out how. Seems it should be simple but alas...
If you have done this and can share the steps, I would appreciate it.

I am using Windows XP and am running the latest driver. I figured out that the custom page setup works from Microsoft Word, just not from the DIY .exe.
I did contact HP and grew weary of holding for assistance, but will try HP again when I have more time and patience. My guess is that they will say it is either not supported in a custom app or is not an HP issue.

The custom page definition...
should reside in the driver -- by that I mean once you define a custom page size, you should be able to get to it from any application by using that printer.
Any Windows Gurus out there ?
