Need help identifying a template

I printed out a ton of these and now I cannot find the actual file I used to print them.

The page has a weekly tracking box on the top and "Review" checlists at the bottom of the page. There's a section for Daily Preview, Daily Review, and Weekly Review. The back page has a weekly calendar with boxes for each day of the week and one for the weekend.

The daily checklist is what drives my GTD setup and without I loose track of things. If anyone can help me identify this I would be exteremly grateful.

I'm not sure what size it is, I printed them on 8.5 x 11 to use in my full size planner, but now I'm moving to a classic size because it fits on my desk better and I can have out all day.

I can't help you with the name of the template, but I can give you some information about searching that might help you find it yourself.

1) Check your 'recently used' file list. The one in the program you used to open the file will only have a few entries. If you use Windows, the start bar has a few more. But in Windows there's a folder that stores these entries and mine never seems to empty itself. In XP you can find it on your hard drive, in a path like C:\Documents and Settings\(your name)\Recent. Mine has 260+ items in it right now, it often has more.

2) Check your 'deleted items' for the type of file it was (PDF or ODG or whatever).

3) Run a search of your hard drive for files of the type it was (PDF or ODG or whatever), for the date range you last printed it or downloaded it.

4) Check your browse history for the rough dates you downloaded/looked at the template page last. There might only be a few to try.

Scan what you have ?

Could you scan some used pages and post them to Flickr or something like that ?
If nothing else, it would be possible to create a template with such scans as a guide.

Jeffcrn - is this it?

Is this the template you are looking for?

Open the Week Tracker document in the zip file. It is called the "GTD-based 8.5 X 11 MSWord Templates".

Let me know. If this is not it, I will keep looking! :)
nay nay

Thank you!!

When I was previewing the .doc file on that template it just did not look right. Then I realized I don't have the Blue Highway font installed (new machine and a new laptop) and after installing the font all the formating fell into place. Thank you so much for your help. Without the font installed the formating was just a mess, and in Word 2007 it went from a 2 pages to 4 pages!
