For anyone near a Christmas Tree shop, they have faux leather Hallmark journals for $1.99. The original retail was $20.00, not sure they are worth that much but they are probably worth $1.99. They are junior size or slightly smaller. I don't think the paper is acid free but the pages are lined on both sides. They don't have an elastic closure or a ribbon book mark. They come in black, red, aqua blue and pink.

They also recently had accordion folders in tasteful wall paper prints ... delicate florals, some accented with stripes. I can't remember the exact price but I think they were under $5.00, maybe even less than $4.00. Unfortunately the store near me was out, but I may try another location.
