I had to call it that 'coz I still feel silly saying that I'm going off to do my weightlifting. "Resistance Training" sounds so much more hi-tech.

If I may
I would add another column for the type of exercise that was done.
For example, I can bench press more than I can do dumbbell flyes, but both work out the chest. Many people can do more on a machine than they can on free weights because of the (weaker) stabilizing muscles required for free weights.
