Planner time

How much time do you spend working with your planner and organizational system? I am talking beyond making appointments and things you do in the moment. I am talking about daily or weekly planning, weeding out etc.

Not much
I spend about 20 minutes a day on my daily planning worksheet in the afternoon/evening planning the next day.
That's the time when I also punch my notes and planner from the current day and file them in my notebook.
I'm working on the my to-do list stuff ... I'm not happy with what I've got (it's still a work in progress) but I can see spending 5-10 minutes of maintenance on that in concjunction with my daily planning.
I haven't yet graduated to weekly or long term planning - so I can't tell you how much that'll take. But I can tell you that just the little I've done saves me more in time than in takes by a factor of 3 or 4.
It also lets me remember to take care of myself since I'm planning in quiet times rather than taking everything in as it comes and then remembering as I crash into bed that 'oh yeah, I was going to go to the pharamcy to get my prescriptions refilled today'.

Not much.
Five minutes at night, fifteen minutes once a week (mostly to clean out accumulated junk).
