800 number directory

Anyone have a pdf or odg of 800 numbers similar to what you'd find in the daytimer/dayrunner/covey planners on the market now?
I'm putting together my own planner using DIY planner pages and templates and would really like to get something like this with a DIY bent to it.
Thanks,

???
How would this be different from a phone or contract list ?
Can you provide a link to an example >

I think he means
the list of 800#s of car rental companies, airlines, hotels, etc that is all put together as a reference. Not blank pages to fill in DIY.

exactly.....I think I might
exactly.....I think I might have found some old ones that I had in a previous planner, but I'll have to verify the accuracy of the numbers/websites....
I'll post it once I get it completed.
Thanks

Numbers and web pages change far too frequently

OK, but...
I have doubts that ONE list would suffice without being overly large.
One could make up a phone list in (Word, AppleWorks, Pages, WordPerfect, emacs) of the numbers that they use and just print it out.

Other general information too ...
I currently use filoFax time management pages for my organiser. The annual sets include these 800 numbers too plus other general and useful information that I would want to add into a custom (Rollabinded) organiser. In addition to those 800 numbers they include international dialing codes, public and religious holidays, shoe sizes, conversation tables.
I don't like the order of their pages; some recurring info is printed on the back of dated material. In my ideal organiser the unchanging stuff would be in a separate section from the dated stuff, which in the specific case of filoFax I don't want.
Has anyone else created pages like this or should I finally get my act into gear and do it myself?
