Weight loss tracker

I have a classic planner and wanted to know if someone could design a weight loss tracker sheet to fit. I joined Weight Watchers and will definitely use the tracker points system sheets I found here but need something where I can keep track of my weight loss and see it all on 1 page. My thoughts are to include beginning weight on the upper right-hand corner with columns titled "Weigh-in Date", "Current Weight" and "Weight Loss to Date". Can someone help me? Thanks!!

As far as tracking your weight, that's all on the WW card. Just keep it in your planner.

like last week and it had a link in it to my favorite Weight Watchers classic size points tracking sheets, but some reason it didn't make in here. So I will try and point you to it without the link.
If you go to the Templates tab at the top of the diyplanner home page, then click the Templates Directory, then in the Paper Size drop down, choose 5.5x8.5 and in the Topic dropdown choose Diet you will get all the Classic size weight and food tracking pages.
The one I like is called "FlexPlan_v3.2_2Up.pdf". I can print it on one 8.5x11 sheet and cut in half.
I really like this one and have used through my first 10 pound weight loss.
Hope this helps!
