Driving me nuts!!

I have been printing and cutting the classic 2 up weight watchers points log for several months with no problems and suddenly last week I printed some and there was a small problem. One of the margins was a little too large which threw off the margins on the reverse side.

Then tonight I went to print some more and it was even worse. So off that I ended up cutting into the document on the reverse side.

This is a pdf file and can't get to PAge Setup as it is grayed out. Besides the margins look right but are not printing correctly. I cannot figure it out and it is driving me crazy.

Any advice, thoughts, help?

Steph

I had a similar problem once

I had a similar problem once. What happened was when the print driver comes up for the pdf file there was an option on there called Auto Rotate and Center which got checked by accident. It threw off the margins. Once I unchecked that box it was fine.

Tried it both ways

and no luck. And it is just the first 2-up page that is off. The reverse side is fine! I am going to try it on a different computer though that is connected to a different printer and see what happens.

Thanks for the response!!

You might...

.... have set your reader to fit the document to your printed page. This will often cause these sorts of problem. Tell the print dialog to not fit the document to the page. I use Preview on my Mac, so I can't help with specifics, but if you look around, I'm sure you will find it. But that's my bet.

It is this one

OK. It's THIS one...

WW Points Log Version 3.2

The two-up PDF prints fine for me. I used Acrobat Reader, No page scaling, auto-rotate/center checked

Tried on another printer

And it worked ok so I guess it is THAT laptop with THAT printer so something must be set wrong in the configuration of PDF files.

Thanks so much for all your help!
