Here's a MS Word doc for letter size, light-lined grid paper I made in case anyone wants to print your own for mind mapping, or lining the bird cage.

There is this web page ( http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/ ) that lets you choose paper size, grid spacing, color and then generates a PDF for you
