Desparately seeking - 2008 letter size 2-page per week, vertical calendar
I stumbled across DIY while doing a search for a calendar refill - where have I been?, this is great.
I have been using a DayRunner #491-485, 8-1/2 x 11, 3-hole, Pro8 Vertical Weekly Dated Calendar, 2-pages-per-week, for the last 10 years. The week starts on Monday, with M-F shown vertically, and Sat & Sun as half a page stacked vertically, with hours printed 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pro8 Vertical Weekly 2-page per Week
DayRunner says it has now discontinued the product for "marketing reasons."
I am all about Vertical format. Franklin Covey is not my style, and while close, the Day-Timer Folio 2-Page-Per-Week Vertical refill would only be a second cousin.
Can anyone recommend a DIY replacement, or suitable substitute for the DayRunner.
Thank you for any assistance.

2008 Letter Size 2 pager per week vertical calendar
I am in the same boat as Jaco. I have been looking all over for this kind of calendar refill, including on software programs. No luck! Please help!
Does it have to be ring-bound?
When I decided I had to go to a large calendar (getting busier at work and my eyesight is getting worse), I looked at dozens of 8 1/2 x 11" spiral-bound planners by various companies and they ALL looked exactly like the pages you link to in your message. My planner isn't schedule driven, so vertical doesn't begin to do it for me and I ended up going with Circa and printing my calendar from Outlook. Maybe you could print Outlook pages or another online calendar in this format??
This looks a lot like it

Letter size 2-page per week, vertical - hack - my kit
Lex,
Thanks for the link to At-A-Glance.
I found the 8-1/2 x 11 vertical day, 2-pages per week, format in both the At-A-Glance and Day Runner products; however, both were spiral wire bound. I was looking for a pre-drilled 3-hole punch refill format for a 3-ring binder.
I bought the Day Runner, and had a print shop (Univ. California, Hasting Law School, San Francisco) rip out the spiral wire and 3-hole drill it (took 2 minutes, and free - thanks UC Hastings). The result is not prefect, but allows me to keep the vertical 2-page per week format. If you find a 3-ring "refill" somewhere, please send me a reply.
I manage several enterprises and lots of projects: a law practice; a property management business; and, a construction company.
My indispensable kit for client meetings, court rooms, and construction projects is: my Gold Pfeil leather brief case containing: (1) 8-1/2x11 yellow pad; (2)Pentel EnerGel 0.7 Needle Tip, blue ink gel pen (I have a Montblanc Meisterstuck rollerball, but prefer EnerGel); (3) 8-1/2x11 3-ring leather binder containing: (A) vertical day, 2-pages per week calendar; (B) Outlook calendar printouts for next 6 months; (C) Outlook contacts (apx. 1,300) printed out in "address card" format; and, (4) for instant information capture, a 3x5 spiral memo pad (no, really - small, pocket sized, and cheap). Of note: I can think of no better one organizational tool than a 3x5 card: I have been using ruled 3x5 cards since 1975 with great success.
