Dayplanner for the Hipster

I have been struggling with Lotus Notes, Outlook and my PDA for quite some time now, so I decided to return to a paper organiser. My employer offers us the TimeManager equipment for the last two decades, but somehow this system does not work for me. It has nice forms, but I to my feeling my creativity is bigger than that system.
This christmas holiday I spend looking for a better system, and I found a lot of interesting stuff on this website. One of them is the 24/7 Work Life Planner. It will do great in my A5 organiser, but it does not work on a index card.
To make it fit on a index card, I left out the nightly hours, and shifted the daily hours a little. Besides of that, I included both of the line-sections on one page.

For me it was the first time I used Illustrator, the first time I post on this website and did not even started using my DIY-planner yet. Besides of that I'm a dutchman and not posting in my own language, so if you have any remarks, let me know. There's lots to be learned...

Paper size:
Index Card (3 x 5)
Usage advice:

I am planning to use this for my daily planning, but only two days deep! Otherwise use your weekly planner...
