I think the "8 @ locations"
is a reference to the Get It Done system -- you divide your tasks up into 'locations' where they can be done. Like "On computer" "Telephone" "Office" "Home" and so forth.

falling smurfs to three by fives
I wrote falling smurfs because of the rhyming sounds with the original, and because my husband keeps finding smurfs here and there on the floor....
but...now I think "four three by fives" is better...our beloved index cards deserve mention :) Plus I didn't notice someone already mentioned smurfs.
