Hipster In A Binder

This is a preliminary shot taken on the conference room table. I decided to give myself maximum room, given the size of the page. I printed the pages on 24lb paper instead of cardstock. Then I trimmed the paper to 3-1/4"x5" and punched it using a six-hole punch I made out of two 3-hole punches (drilled a couple of holes in one and moved the other's punches to it). I'm not quite decided on the bag just yet so I will be updating or replacing this with another shot that will include the cellphone, iPod and other stuff I carry with me.

Cool
Looks good. Where did the case/cover come from? What brand is it?
Cover by Mead
I bought a Mead Organizer Agenda PN: 47886W-05 from Wal-Mart for $4.
Printing information...
Love the setup, I have been working on something similar for a while now in my spare time. I bought one just like that for my wife to use several months back, but when I print the forms, their is little room to punch them without cutting into the writing area... How did you scale them when printing, I have tried scaling with acrobat and laying them out custom in Adobe InDesign CS2 ... My problem is my printer (Epson R800) won't officially print to smaller than 3.5" x5" so I have to lie to it and shift theimage over on thepage... They don't always turn out right, though my HPDA cards work fine cause I don't require a margin for holes. If I still had my Laserjet 4m I'd just use the envelope feeder, but alas it had to go...
I just love this little book, but it has been a pain to get it just right. At the moment I am printing her pages thru InDesign as a 4-UP layout and cutting them. My problem is I am a novice with InDesign (just happen to have Creative Suite), and w/o a guillotine cutter it is a real pain to get them all cut one sheet at a time on my Fiskars precision rotary trimmer... I am getting a good cutter soon, but I'm saving up for a heavy duty model, as plastic models make me sick! I have been eying several models on EBAY that cut 250 or so sheets at once...
Thanks for any help...
Cheers,
Matt
