This is a fairly standard month-on-two-pages calendar, 2-up. I've included an "important dates" section on the front page and the GTD quick reference on the back for people who like it.

It's set up to have Jan/Feb on opposite sides of one page, etc. This template had some issues, but I think I've fixed them all -- it prints out okay for me. Every other page is upside down because that's what my printer wants me to do, but it should be fairly easy to fix that in any viewer if yours can do the right thing.

I have an OmniGraffle Template for the months (5-week and 6-week, 2 per page, right side up and upside down) if anyone wants it.
