Alternative to Laminating

Hi everyone. I love this site and have learned a lot. I just got a Levenger PDA this week. I heart it.

I've seen a few posts from people who want laminated stuff, but don't want to buy a laminator.

I use clear packing tape. For example, I typed a master grocery list and printed it onto a 3x5 card. I covered it with clear packing tape, smurfed it, and put in my PDA. Now whenever I need to buy something at the grocery, instead of writing it on a piece of paper, I highlight it on the master list with a dry-erase marker. Then after I go shopping, the list can be wiped clean to be used again.

That's a neat idea. Do you have to let the dry erase marker ink dry and if so how long does it take?

Thanks Rollafool. No, there's no need to let it dry because it actually goes on "dry" to begin with.
