Hello From Tennessee!
I have been looking for a template for a monthly calendar 3.75 X 6.75 6 ring.
Please, if anyone knows where I can find one, it would greatly be appreciated!

Dynamic templates
Here, and more specifically, Here. You will likely need to set up the paper size in your printer settings for the program to pick it up, but you can do any paper size with those applications.

An Excel format similiar to Moleskin.

I submitted this some time back -- a simple template in Excel, like a Moleskin planner, dates on left, task list on right. I purchased pre purchased green lined paper from DayTime to print it out. I loaded the paper so it would print with the holes on the right of the text (rather than the more usual left side). Since I was using the (in notebook) right page for task list, it being blank (non-printed side) was fine.
At the same time I also did a month at a glace calendar with the calendar printed at the top and lines for appointments, reminders, task deadlines etc below. That allowed me to carry about 6 weeks of paper and the remainder of the year in the monthly format -- I was trying to reduce the bulk of my binder.
Also in the user supbmitted templates, there are some Filofax like submissions. If you search for "other sizes" is where you will find them.
Enjoy you search for a system that works well for you....
