Dive Log

I needed new pages for my dive log and rather than buy some overpriced pages printed on paper that is nearly impossible to write on, I decided to make my own. The log has space for a dive profile, some summary information, comments, your cumulative bottom time, and a verification signature.

Usage advice:
Print, punch and use just like your normal dive log. This template only has a simple single level dive profile on it, I may get around to creating one with a multi-level profile one of these days but since I don't have the equipment to do those calculations it's not super high on my to-do list.
