Monthly calendar for future planning - small notebook

A one page 3.75" x 6.75" six ring monthly calendar. This is a companion to my weekly schedule page -- this is for months beyond the 3 months weekly pages I keep in my binder.

Usage advice:

I use the monthly page in conjunction with my weekly pages. This simple Excel is designed to be printed on Daytimer Portable paper so it is designed two up.

The page has a calendar at the top, spaces for appointments below (I attempt to put appointments in approximate order, so I would put the 15th in the middle of the page, even if it is the first thing I write in).

The form has Monday as the first. It took me about 10 minutes to modify the form and print my 2008 calendar pages -- I clear the cells from Monday to whatever the first is, then also clear the "extra" days at the end of the month. I adjust the two calendar pages, print, while it is printing I adjust the next two months, print.... it is a quick process.

Monthly Planner

This is a great idea! I was wondering if you could add one more line to your original for months like June an March that start on a Saturday or SONday, as you put it! =) (Like it!) If I were smarter at using Excel, I'd probably know how to do it. Also, you may like to take a look at my weekly pages that I submitted to calendarsquick.com. It is also for this size of planner. I need to find out how to attach my Word version of it to this site! Thanks for sharing this!

Thanks - I put the first at the bottom

Because I was wanting to have as many lines available in the lower part of the form, what I did on those months that began on Saturday or SONday (glad you liked that spelling) was to put them on the bottom of the calendar... or if Monday was the third I could "figure it out".

That being said, I will see if I can insert a row and repost. I know it won't be this week however.

Glad you are finding it useful. This is my favorite size notebook -- big enough to be useful, not so big as to be clumbersome.
