I needed a page or two so I could keep track of the eight computers in my house and the few other ones that I also took care of outside my house. What needed to be recorded was the computer, the software, and what I did every time I worked on it.So I created this simple to page 8-1/2" x 11" document for my Daytime Pro Business System. I created this in Word 2003 and then created a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.

Please tell me what you think and if I need to add anything to it. I'm sure I will find something I will have to add to it later on down the road.
