Scotch® Restickable Adhesive Glue Stick
This is "Post-It" glue.
How about:
Take a page protector and a piece of paper sized to fit your planner.
Run two or three vertical stripes of "Post-It Glue" down the page.
Schtick cards to it.
Put the paper in the page protector.
Is das nicht very zimple ?

I didn't know you could buy the glue directly.
Honestly, You could have a lot of fun with something like that :)
