An organizer stencil in OmniGraffle (v4) which is the basis for my 6-Ring refills set.

Usage advice:
This is scaled to 10.8cm x 17.15cm (or 4.25in x 6.75in for those of you in the USA) for "Day-Runner" and other brands. It can easily be adapted for any size by using OmniGraffle in the normal way.
The font is a fun, broken-typewriter style, but can be changed just as easily.
To use the by-design font, please make sure you have "GF Halda Normal" and "GF Halda Smashed installed". Google them, they're free.
