I'm searching for templates for my Filofax pocket (80mm*120mm). Has anyone seen or made some, preferably GTD-style?

Tiny Pockets...
Hi martefie
I cannot recall seeing any Filofax Pocket Templates. However There are a few A7 ones that will fit. For example: A7 HipsterPDA cards.
By the way you have a very pretty name, is it Danish?
use hpda forms
Hi,
What I did was take the hipster graphic pack, and use these in a word document (you could use some other program, but this was what I had). If you make a page with a two-row two-column table, with each cell in the pocket-size, and than paste in the graphics you want, you can print four-up on A4/letter paper. I did one page where all the graphics aligned to the right in each cell, and the next page with them aligned to the left. So you can print on both sides. You have to resize the graphics a bit, but since the pocket size is so much near 3 by 5 inch, you get the templates to look almost like they look in the "normal" hipster templates. I hope this all makes sense.

filofax - personal?
what about this one? If this is the right size, there are two other sets of GTD templates on this site...
GTD templates for Filofax Personal: A bunch of Allen's GTD lists designed to fit a Filofax Personal Organiser. The size is 95mm x 171mm or 3 3/4" x 6 3/4". Designed for 2-up on both A4 and letter-size paper.
Standard hpda won't work?
This size is very close to the 3x5 inch size of the hipster templates (7.62x12.7 mm). I suspect that these would work well enough, and if you used the 4-up template, you could probably make minor adjustments with A4 paper--or the one-up right on the 80x120 paper.

My progress on the Filofax pocket pages
Hi, Thank you for great answers.
The A7 hipster pack were too small, considering that I have the original Filofax calender pages...
The Filofax personal templates were too big.
So far the hipster package, shrunk and cut as suggested by Paulien has been my late night project, and seems to work. I have trouble with the margins when printing on both sides though. But that is probably due to my incompetence. I'm not giving up yet.
And by the way, I'm Norwegian, since you asked. :-)

Just uploaded a whole set...
Great timing. I just uploaded a whole set (20+). Search the Templates forum for "ThinkCreateSolve"
Best,
David Szego.
I've searched and searched...
...but I can't find them anywhere. Could you please help me?
Thanks, martefie
Not there yet...
They need to pass the "Approval" phase before they get posted. Give it a day or two - they'll show up soon.

Try the A5
A5 would scale down to 80 by 113 mm.
If you use Acrobat and tell it to scale and center, you will get an extra 3 mm on left and right.
That should work.
Good luck.

Hi martefie, May I ask you
Hi martefie,
May I ask you what Filofax Pocket do you use? I plan to buy one and use it as Agenda and GTD System. I'm new to GTD (a few days) and looking for the solution I'll like the most. I thought of
- Filofax Pocket Guildfold Extra Slim (binder of 11mm high)
http://www.filofax.fr/store/SEURLF/ASP/SFS/DISPLAY./SIZEID.2...
and use it as my agenda (putting only actual month+3 months) and my GTD system (notebook, hPDA).
- my wallet for other stuffs
OR
- Filofax Pocket Ranger
http://www.filofax.fr/store/SEURLF/ASP/SFS/DISPLAY./SIZEID.2...
which has kinda wallet integrated in the front side (but then... isn't it too thick in the back pocket? the binds are 15mm).
And then for @home and @work, a Filofax A4 Guildford Zip
http://www.filofax.fr/store/SEURLF/ASP/SFS/DISPLAY./SIZEID.7...
which will act as my tickler and adresse book and card holders and inbox. I also think of syncing my agenda with Gcal and my phone, and syncing my adress book with plexo.
Btw, which Filofax Pocket are you using? And for what purposes?
Isn't it too thick in the pocket? In what pocket do you put it?
btw for the moment I use
btw for the moment I use hPDA + Moleskine, and @home a binder for tinkler, a A4 agenda, and no adress book for the moment!
I'm using the Classic Pocket FiloFAX
I put it in my purse, or I carry it in my hands. It's to thick for any of my pockets. For me the size is a compromise between place enough to write down my stuff and portability. The Personal size feels HUGE, not to mention the A5! The slim pocket would be to slim for my needs.
I have a separate wallet for money and cards.
For my GTD system, I have these tabs:
Inbox
Calender
Projects
NA
Notes to self (reference etc)
I have recently skipped contacts, due to the thickness of the binder. To many tabs takes up valuable space for other things.
My NAs I write on small pieces of paper, size to two rings. Then I can move them around if I want to.
Don't know if this helps you.

Actually, I was wondering
Actually, I was wondering what exact model of filofax do you use?
I just bought the Pocket Guildford Extra Slim which is great: it has easily replaced my wallet (I never carry coins: I let them at home), hPDA and Moleskine and is sexier than the 3 of them. It enters in any pocket (binds are 11mm) even in the back pocket of a jean's, though Filofax claims the binds are not made to sit on them. It accepts 3x5 too, I use 3x5 templates from here, it suits perfectly.
And even if it's slim I put 4 months of Calendar (current+3), 13 sheets of Address Book, general info pages, world map, action lists with 4 contexts, waiting for and someday/mb, credit cards, id cards, a few virgin papers, and paper I gather in the day to process them at night.
Only default for me: no where to put a pencil, I tried a small one IN the binds but it seemed inconfortable for the bind system.
Btw I use action lists, WF, and maybe cards horizontally to not be bothered by the binds, and I can write longer lines...
I'm using the FiloFAX
I'm using the FiloFAX classic in babyblue (discontinued), and of course the pocket size. Here's a link
The linking did not quite work Wonder why...
(Ydited by Ygor) You left off a closing double-quote at the end of the URL. I fixed it.
Hi, I've the Filofax Pocket
Hi,
I've the Filofax Pocket Guilford Extra Slim and the 3x5" is perfect size. A little bigger than the original paper size of Filofax btw but suits perfectly.
