Help! Where are the compact-size templates?

Hello!
I am looking for templates that match the size of Franklin Covey's compact size - 4.25 x 6.75. I have been looking for a few days not but cannot find them anywhere on this site. Please direct me to them if any exist, either on this site or any other.

We go from Classic down to Hipster (3x5) with nothing in between, for now.

The width/height ratio is

The width/height ratio is pretty close between compact and 3x5; try scaling the 3x5 forms to fit your pages. (~140%?)
