reaching your workout goals

Two ideas for reaching your workout goals.
The first one is some exercises are just easier to commit to everyday. It's easier to remember and easier to do, especially if they take five minutes or less. These include things like sit ups push-ups, & stretching. Also if you do them at the same time every day --before breakfast or before bed, something like that. It's just easier to remember.
Remember, that having a daily chart for your workout with a little fill-in or checkoff box will actually make it easier to achieve your goals.
Hope this helps,

Great Idea
I agree. Goals need to be manageable and easy to follow. Having a check off is very helpful.
