Next Actions (Unshaded, Narrow Rule)

Using the Widget Kit, I've put together a Next Actions page with a narrower rule, and without shading. I also dropped the PR box as well as the Designated To box, since I never make use of either.
Paper size:
Classic (5.5 x 8.5)
Usage advice:
This template is for those with printers that dislike shading, and for those with smaller handwriting tendencies like myself.
