Update from the field

After a month of using the much-coveted Mead Flex Hybrid binder, I have concluded that it's too cumbersome to work for me. Specifically, because of the almost-square "rings," it doesn't flip open and back smoothly, like a spiral notebook does. You have to laboriously work sections of pages over the rings.

The rollabind does it better and today I found them on clearance at Target (in Hollister, CA) so I bought a couple more.

I agree...it is very awkward to use. I think they're on the right path, but the square rings and the way that you have to open them makes it way too much of a hassle.

Yeah I see what you're saying.

I hope Mead comes a better way of handling that. I'm still using mine but there is some work to opening and closing it.
