2007 Monthly Calendar - 2 pages per month

I used the D*I*Y Template to create the 2007 monthly calendars. These calendars are 2 pages per month. I've included both the PDFs and OpenOffice source files. I also included US Holidays, but those can easily be deleted from the source files.

Usage advice:

My wife uses these as her main calendar. There is a left-side and a rigt-side for each month. The two sheets together give you a month-at-a-glance view.

A point of curiosity about the pre-printed dates

Your template looks great and has given me some ideas, thus the clarification question. I'm asking this 'cause of the DIY-software I am helping with.

You put the events at the top, in the grey box except for DST-start on 1 April. Is that just 'cause 1 April has another "event" ?

The logic I was toying with goes like this: All-day event labels (Father's Day, April Fools Day, etc) go in the grey bar. Specific time-of-day events go at the bottom of the box in clock-time order. Thus, at the risk of picking a nit, the DST-end event on 28 Oct would go at the bottom since it is an event that happens at a specific time on that date rather than a label for the whole day -- like "Halloween"

How does that sound, logic-wise ?

DST

DST starts on March 11 this year, where I live.

Albuquerque, too, I think

Unless that town is noted for other than missed left turns by burrowing rabbits. :)

But seriously, Sarah, how does my logic sound ?

Logic

Yes, it makes good sense. Holidays and all day events, etc, I usually put at the top like that.

FWIW the time changes in spring and fall do actually have exact times - 2am to be precise.

Your 2-Page Format...

I absolutely loved this format for 2007, are you going to come out with one for 2008. Like your wife, I prefer this format and I'm finding it's increasingly difficult to find calendars like this one.

Try the "Just Print them"

For the "just print them" pdfs based upon ygor's dynamic template programs. They are very similar, with the exception that the notes are on the left, and one long column of lines, rather than blocks.
