 <description>&lt;p&gt;I would add another column for the type of exercise that was done.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For example, I can bench press more than I can do dumbbell flyes, but both work out the chest.  Many people can do more on a machine than they can on free weights because of the (weaker) stabilizing muscles required for free weights.&lt;/p&gt;
