Great layout... need advice for 2009.

This is a wonderful layout. Thanks for all the work you did to make this possible for everyone.

I use it landscape w/ 1 day per page, letter size in a circa. Also, I just downloaded OpenOffice and want to start on this same layout for 2009. I figure it will take me a while to learn how to use the program.

One question: how do you produce and load in the mini-calendars at the top of each page? Do you have a source for the 2009 calendars?

I too love the layout, but would love to be able to print one per page. i tend to write extremely large and can never fit all I have to write! If someone knows how to make this one per page please let me know!

I really like your form. It's very easy to follow. I've been diagnosed a couple of years and anything that makes it easier is good. Best form I've seen. Thanks for creating it. :)

I'm glad to found this. I've been diabetic for since age 6. It's been a 32 year struggle, now. Anyway, just wanted to thank you for posting this. I have difficulty using Excel, and this was a great tool to have on hand.

Just came across this planner and really like it. Great that you can personalise it too.

Sounds like the £32 is a great investment. Say diary pages are a fiver a year, you'll have your money back pretty much by 2014 ;-)

I think any stationery item doesn't need to be justified....

I was just looking at a bunch of cheesy "mom planners" and trying to figure out how to just make my own (with adequate space to write menus...not to mention all of the other billion things I need to remember). Imagine my delight when I found this...and I could easily edit the files in OpenOffice. So very cool! Thank you so much!

Thanks - but the simplest solution is the best - cut paper FIRST! and reduce the level of options that the printer (the apparent non-thinking part of this partnership) has to play with. I am now totally over the top with the agenda - have altered it slightly (more space in diary area, less in projects etc), added colour coding and am sadly presently putting arrows over the times when I lecture (which are the fixed points in life) - this is all so I can justify purchasing the £32 hole punch for the filofax A5 (and the new filofax!) by reducing the cost of having to buy diary inserts!

Well, I have managed to install OpenOffice and opened the AgendaPerso_GTD_en file in - then changed the date as prompted to get the first four weeks that I want - so am feeling slightly proud of myself. However, as a newbie, I am getting confused with how to print on both sides - am using the A5 format - do I print out the odd pages first, turn over and then print out the evens?

Will have a play - should be doing some work but this seems like a better thing to do.
