So I had to come up with my own version. It was designed to fit only Monday-Friday on a page, as that suited my purposes at work best (and then I just put my calendar printout from Outlook on the opposite side). Somewhere along the way I did create a two-page version, but didn't like how it turned out so don't use it. Anyway, just thought I'd share in case someone else found it useful.
