The folio open flat, the notepad, pen, and cd case were included. (2 of 3) Because my photographic skills aren't the most impressive, it may be hard to tell there are 3 flat pockets on the right side: the one holding the cd case, a slightly smaller one below it that might fit a pda, and a business-card size pocket at the bottom. Behind these flat pockets are two full-length sections that easily fit manila folders (hence the name "folder holder"! see pic 3/3 for details on those).
