Are the usual dimensions listed by DayTimer, DayRunner, etc. Mead even makes note paper to fit. Franklin-Covey's Compact page size is 4 1/4" x 6 3/4" which I like because of the extra width. I find the standard compact size to be a bit too narrow for note taking. The six hole spacing seems to be standardized, so you have a wide variety of choices. The paper punches are widely available if you want to make your own pages.

Thanks! I guess it was a stupid question to ask, then. xD I honestly thought I looked on pretty much every website I could, but I must've just missed it. Oh well! Thanks anyway. :)

At my local office supply stores, this is the most common refill size most of them stock. You should be able to find a wide selection.

Both Day Timer and DayRunner have this size refills. You should also be able to find them at your local Office Supply store...

I recently found a very old (well, 2007) binder planner, and I would very much like to use it again. The planner was purchased at Barnes and Noble, and manufacture by them, as well, so I've checked their website (and many others), but haven't been able to find properly sized refills for it. The pages are about 3 5/8 inches by 6 5/8 inches with six holes.
I did come across a Cross planner with this size pages, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any more common brands with refills that would fit? Thanks. :)
