This is the only one I can think of that is available here on this site. Most people seem to prefer the two-page-per-month. You will need OpenOffice.org to open it, and it's undated, but since it's OOo, you can both add dates, and change it from Sunday-first to Monday-first, if you wish. Here's the LINK

Hi,

I have looked at the current dynamic two page templates for monthly and weekly planner. They are good, but I found that date ordering is confusing especially for monthly planner.

I would appreciate if someone could give me pointers to one page templates or a way to get it configured.
