Shopping List - Non Standard Page Sizes

Here are two templates as requested by Archangel

the First is a 3.5" x 17" shopping / to do list formatted to print duplex on long legal paper 8.5" x 17"

The second is individual 3.5" x 8" pdf template with form field that you can type in to customise template before printing.
