I thought you meant a brand

I thought you meant a brand new, unused Moleskine. Since it's almost filled up, consider those tears as part of the usual "wear and tear" of regular usage. Or as "battle scars".

Store it under a heavy weight (a couple of bricks) overnight ?
Tears in the corner of a Moleskine/Moleskine not laying flat.

My current Moleskine doesn't really lay flat--and it has tears on the outside corner of the bottom part of the Moleskine, and the inside corner of the other side of the bottom part of the Moleskine. Is this normal? And is there anything I can do to fix this? This Moleskine is almost filled up, by the way.
