Read the comments; the .ods is an english version you can open in OpenOffice and edit.
Change the first date to the current one, and print out as many weeks as you need. :)

This calendar is so helpful to me!

Thank you, Thank you!! I'm so HAPPY to have this downloadable in English, and for 2011! I got "hooked" on it last year and was so disappointed when in December it wasn't available in this format. I tried without it, not so good. Now I'll be so much more organized and feel more in control! :)
Again, thanks so much!

I've created a PDF of the entire calendar year for 2011 *IN ENGLISH* for those who cannot figure out Open Office... but I have no idea how to add it to the attachment list. Will someone help me so we can stop the comment chaos?

Grateful for help for the English Version

I've just seen Ygor's answer and done just that - downloaded Open Office and the template and then amended it. It's a great template and as I only have a couple of months in my planner at a time it's easy to just amend the date to suit.

Thanks all for a really good template and the advice on how to make it work. I'm off to see what other great forms I can find on this site now.

Oooh portable Open Office! TY for the link ygor.
Now I can take it to work and play with it there too!
I don't suppose anyone has tried putting it on an SD card and running it on a Windows mobile gadget?

you can always use a "Portable" instance of OpenOffice on a USB Thumb drive
Open Office is free to download

Open Office is free to download and both OO and MSO can co-exist on the same 'puter, just a matter of deciding which you want to use as the default application. OO can edit and save files in MSO formats but MSO cannot do the same in OO formats. If you can use MSO than you can also use OO as they are similar. As to which is best it is fairly subjective but I lean to OO simply because it aligns with ISO standards whereas MSO is its own world.

So the plan would be to download OO and install it, download the planner pages you want and open the file using OO. From there you can use OO to edit dates etc or you can use OO to save the file in MSO format and then do your editing using MSO. The only thing to be aware of doing it this way is that because of OO following ISO standards, some functions may produce different results in MSO. It's only minor thing and you can work around it in most cases. Bob H.
